How long will my order take to complete and ship?
It will take about 5 days to process your order. Once the book is complete, it will be shipped according to your shipping request. Express shipping is available.

Will I be charged tax?
You will only be charged tax if the shipping address for your order is in California.

What type of paper is used?
We use 100lb text glossy paper. It is acid-free, elemental chlorine free and of archival quality. The pages of your photo book will be similar in thickness and consistency to the pages of a professionally published coffee table book.

How is the book bound?
Our books are side-stitched and extremely durable.

What are my cover options for the book?

What type of book covers are available?
We offer fine linen and genuine leather book covers. Our Universal book is available in fine linen only. Our Personalized book is available in fine linen and genuine leather.

How many pictures do I need?
You will need 8 horizontal pictures and 2 vertical pictures.

What type of pictures should I use in my book? Old one's or more recent one's? Should I include pictures of just my teenager or of his/her family and friends too?
This is a matter of personal preference. You can use some older pictures but we would suggest using more recent one's in the first part of the book. However, there is a page next to the Dedication Letter page that is ideal for family pictures. This page holds four pictures so you can use a collection of family pictures of your teen. On the Order page, you will see ten browser buttons to upload your ten pictures. Browser buttons 7, 8, 9 and 10 are ideal for your family pictures, if you chose to use family pictures. If I don't have the 10 required pictures of my teen, but only have several, what happens?
No problem! If you don't have all 10 of the required pictures for the book, then upload the amount you do have and we will insert our "extra" images, as needed. These images are consistent with the theme of the book. For example, you may see a picture of the Holy Bible, Cross, or an image of a teen in worship or prayer.

What if I have questions about the uploading process on the Order page?
There will be a contact link on the Order page which will go directly to our publisher, Picaboo Corporation. They will be happy to offer assistance.

What if my book arrives damaged? Who do I contact?
If your book arrives damaged, you will contact Picaboo Customer Service. Their contact information is located on our Contact Us page and on your order confirmation email.

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to write a personal letter to your teen, making this book even more special. There will be enough space for you to write 2-3 paragraphs expressing your love for your teen.
